Here’s a healthy salad dressing recipe that’s good for you and your family:

Healthy Swap Salad Dressing Recipe

Recipe Type: Salad

3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lime juice
1 tsp minced Garlic
1/4th tsp Cumin
1/4th tsp Black Pepper


Just mix everything properly and add to your favorite vegetable salad.

The gluten issue, like MOST DEGENERATIVE & auto immune diseases, are the creation of the WESTERN SCIENCE & health/nutrition/pharmaceutical industry… They have messed up genetically with the wheat, the foods, the high processing, basically the super obsession of the white ewest to become "the whitest, richest, strongest (as in bloodiest & brutalest) "race" on the planet… they seem to be in competition with beating the rabid wolves, the rabid hyenas… & are too far from trying to be human. I do not, in my reallife, follow ANY OF THEIR "advice/suggestions/recommendations/orders" when it comes to my health. They treat EVERYONE like cash cows…

  30. If you promote health and recommend animal products at the same time I can't take you serious.  You are spot on with many things but animal products have negative health impacts as where a plant based diet does not have these negative affects.
