  11. It took me four days of chest stretching, essentially inflating your chest my using your rib cage muscles and hence opening your chest cavity. It slows your breathing and removes pressure on the heart, veins and arteries in the body's core. If you're confused on why your bp is so high, I was too. I dropped the medicine and do this stretch daily. 4 days is a long time, but you don't have to stretch much. Try it, you'll live longer.
