    Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride is a medical doctor with two postgraduate degrees: Master of Medical Sciences in Neurology and Master of Medical Sciences in Human Nutrition.
    She graduated as a medical doctor in Russia. After practising for five years as a Neurologist and three years as a Neurosurgeon she started a family and moved to the UK, where she got her second postgraduate degree in Human Nutrition. The result of this study was her book Put Your Heart In Your Mouth! – What Really Is Heart Disease And What We Can Do To Prevent And Even Reverse It.
    Dr Campbell-McBride is a keynote speaker at many professional conferences and seminars around the world. She frequently gives talks to health practitioners, patient groups and associations. She is also a Member of The Society of Authors, The British Society for Ecological Medicine, and is a Director on the Advisory Board of The Weston A Price Foundation. She has contributed to many books on nutrition and is a regular contributing health editor to a number of magazines and newsletters.

So glad to finally find this, since I PREACH about this almost 20 years ago, when my Mother, French-educated Doctor in Pharmacy industrial & Chemist warned me about adding saturated fat to my diet as I get older. I ditched doctors who tried to put me on Statin (simply because I'm over 50, and in fact confirmed that he would be in trouble not prescribing it, and it's up to me to tell Pharmacy not to fill the RX). I freaked out when I found, later, many top French Cardiologists/ Nutritionist's videos explaining this wrongful idea of going low-fat, but could not share with my English speaking circles, since they are in "French" only! In fact, even when I found the recent videos in English and shared these: 75 percent of my English speaking friends refused to believe it ! Pretty sad…

  11. Thank you for confirming this. Thank god there is someone one standing up for us who have high cholesterol and feeling fine. I have doctors trying to force statins on me and each time I refuse. I'm probably the healthiest 66 year person I know.

  12. Great talk. My GP seems to think LDL cholesterol is 'bad', and HDL cholesterol is 'good'. If my ratio goes high on the LDL side, he starts threatening to put me on Statins, which have had an undesirable side effect. I don't know from the talk whether HDL is as beneficial as Natasha seems to claim all cholesterol to be. Should I be trying to balance LDL and HDL in my diet? How do I modulate my food intake to produce a predictable LDL/HDL ratio?

Because you're going to have T2DM for the rest of your life unless you switch to a Whole Foods PLANT BASED diet which will reverse your heart disease and diabetes. She COMPLETELY ignores the proof from almost 50 years ago published by Dean Ornish in Lancet.
