University can be one massive stress ball sometimes (well a lot of the times if you are a raging perfectionist like me), so i thought id make this little/little long video on my experiences with managing mental health issues such as anxiety, stress and depression during my first year.
I hope this was helpful to both university and soon to be university students. Even if you aren’t in university, i hope anyone struggling with these mental health issues can gage something useful from this video.
