Yoga Tip: Using Yoga Blocks for Core Strength



Here’s a great movement you can begin to incorporate into your practices to help build core strength. All you’ll need are two cork yoga blocks (or wooden ones) and a pair of socks. As always, move with intention and always stay within a pain-free range.

  6. Foam blocks are way too soft and not supportive. I have 2 cork blocks from Sorelli Sport that I purchased on Amazon. Best I've used! My practice feels so much steadier. Thanks for the socks tip, Candace! ❤️
